Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport. However, we recommend checking Rwanda's immigration website and applying for an e-visa in advance for smoother processing. We'll provide supporting documents for your application including invitation letters and program details.
All business sessions will be conducted in English. Rwanda is an English-speaking country (along with Kinyarwanda and French). Our local partners are fluent in English for business discussions. Translation services are available upon request for specific meetings at an additional cost.
